A majority of our portfolio is centered around coordinated chronic disease and injury prevention and health promotion at the state- and community-based organization [CBO] level. Servicing state health departments and CBO's with Health Resources and Services Administration [HRSA] and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] program funding is our specialty.
	Catalyst is the flagship technology that serves as the foundation for SHPR Group Services. As a solution that emphasizes a minimalist design and simplicity of use, Catalyst serves as a cloud-based (web access) and secure solution boasting N+1 redundancy, ensuring scalability to any size within 30 days and 24x7x365 monitoring with biometric and encrypted access. Catalyst is a system and method for coordinating public health and injury prevention efforts across a variety of programs by generating and displaying associations between logic models, work plans, evaluation plans, strategic plans, and progress reports. Supporting structures include integrated patient-level databases, contract clearance and management, interrelated community databases, data warehousing, and others.
	SynTech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SHPR that was established to leverage our success and concentrate on expanding services in the areas of information technology and data management. We excel at using fully integrated teams that pair public health program and evaluation expertise with sophisticated informatics as a means of delivering a full range of innovation-focused services. SynTech leads the development and support of Catalyst, further solidifying the foundation of a collaborative, cutting-edge model that enables us to apply the right combination of skill sets when our customers need them.
	Spectrum SD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SHPR that was established in Sioux Falls, South Dakota to concentrate on expanding SHPR Group services within the State. South Dakota offers a microcosm of public health issues plaguing the entire nation, which enables both innovative companies and SD Department of Health [DOH] programs to contribute to national understanding of complex problems on a grander scale. As a group of small businesses, SHPR Group is often more nimble and responsive when compared to its bulkier corporate counterparts. Similarly, the small rural state of South Dakota, bolstered by an unmatched collaborative culture in the DOH, offers a quick and fertile proving ground for expediting local lessons learned to the national level. The result is improved quality of life for South Dakotans and some of SHPR Groups greatest work has been produced with SD DOH as a partner. We established a SD subsidiary to leverage our success, build upon the present, and look toward a strong future.
